ECLSb 2012: MEAT & GREET kick-off party and VICTORY BRUNCH |
Dates and venues are confirmed for the MEAT & GREET kick-off party and VICTORY BRUNCH for the Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 contest weekend, which will run Friday, February 17 through Monday, February 20 (a civic long weekend in Ontario). The Presenting Sponsor of ECLSb 2012 is Steamworks, the official bathhouse of ECLSb. The weekend’s main event will be the Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2012 contest, which will take place Saturday, February 18 at Goodhandy’s (120 Church St, at Richmond). Please note, the contest will be held at a new earlier time! Doors will open at 12:30pm; the contest will start at 1:30pm sharp! Admission will be $10, with proceeds to ECLSb travel fund. Saturday night survivors will be up in time for the butchest brunch in town. Join the new ECLSb titleholders at a special ECLSb VICTORY BRUNCH at the Churchmouse & Firkin (11am-2pm. Sun, Feb 19. Upstairs, 475 Church St). Since 2009, the Churchmouse & Firkin has been an important Community Partner with ECLSb. The 2012 contest weekend will mark the 4th ECLSb Victory Brunch held at the pub. Special guests at the MEAT & GREET and VICTORY BRUNCH will include International LeatherSIR 2011 Alan Penrod, from Atlanta (GA); International Leatherboy 2011 pup Nitro, from Atlanta (GA); and International Community Bootblack 2011 Luna, from Oakland (CA). In addition to meeting the new 2012 ECLSb title team, the Victory Brunch will also be a time to say Thank You and show appreciation for our outgoing regional titleholders who will be wrapping up their title year — Eastern Canada LeatherSIR 2011 Master Chuck, from Sudbury (ON), and Eastern Canada Leatherboy 2011 boy iain, from Toronto (ON). Additional events during ECLSb Weekend will be announced over the next couple months.
