A native of Nova Scotia, Brandon resides in Toronto with his boy and partner of seven years, Dan. His formal education and 20-year career is in media. Active in the leather community for 15 years, his activism has been primarily through media work; from broadcaster, editor and journalist, to pornographer. Since 1993, Brandon has worked at the not-for-profit gay media group, Xtra.

Brandon sits on the Church Street Fetish Fair organizing committee, the management board of the Church-Wellesley Village Business Improvement Area, and the board of directors for Mr. Leatherman Toronto. His hobbies include travel, photography, collecting art, as well as collecting and selling vintage beefcake and gay porn.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Dan found the leather community in Ottawa in 1998, where he met his current partner and Daddy, Brandon. Since then, he has experienced the leather communities of Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Chicago. As he explored and learned about leather culture, his visits to International Mr Leather, International LeatherSIR/Leatherboy and Mid-Atlantic Leather impressed upon his what leather brotherhood and family are truly about.

His political views lean leftward, especially in the realms of sexual liberation and freedoms, and censorship of related expression. His interests include photography, reading, art, music, and flagging. Dan sits on the Church Street Fetish Fair organizing committee, and has volunteered with Folsom Fair North.
